This Privacy Policy describes how Cignevo ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit www.cignevo.com (the "Site") or use our AI agent services, including Cignevo Recruit and Cignevo Reception (the "Services"). Cignevo is a trading name of Aamna Mart Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on the Site, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any message you include.
Call data. Conversations handled by our Services — phone calls and browser interviews — may be recorded and transcribed to deliver the service, produce summaries and scores, and for quality assurance. Where you use Cignevo Recruit, we process candidate information on your behalf and at your instruction; you are the controller of that data and we act as processor. Candidate data is stored with per-client isolation and is exportable or deletable on request. It is your responsibility as the account holder to comply with call-recording notification and consent laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Usage data. Like most websites, we may collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs, including through cookies and similar technologies.
Advertising pixels. We may use advertising and analytics tools such as the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. These tools may collect information about your visit through cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising through your ad platform settings.
How we use information
